Conceived and launched the first independent non-profit citizen-centric research-led brand-led initiative and metric to assess citizen’s perception of service excellence in the public sector. Partnered with Kantar to conduct research among South African citizens every year leading up to the State of the Nation address. The research report was published in the Sunday Times Sunday Times (2010 and 2011) and Mail & Guardian (2012).
